Return Policy

You can return any item purchased on yoox.com within 20 days of the delivery date. Here’s how:


1. Fill out the online Return Form.
2. Return merchandise in its original condition, including all attached tags and packaging.
3. Use the UPS Return Label included with your order for easy shipping. We will deduct a flat Return Fee of USD 6.95 (plus Sales Tax on this fee, where applicable) from your refund.

We normally process returns within 3 business days of arriving at our warehouse. However, please allow up to 7 business days during peak times. Once your return has been accepted you will receive a confirmation e-mail.

Refunds will be issued for properly returned items. If your return does not meet the conditions listed, the package will be sent back to you.
All returns must be shipped from the same country purchased from, due to merchandising restrictions. 
Remember that items specified as Final Sale, like Underwear, Swimwear, Vintage and Clearance items cannot be returned.

Refund Times

Credit Card Refunds: Credit Card companies vary in the time they take to restore the credit back to your account and the transaction could take up to 7 business days to be settled from the day of our refund confirmation e-mail.

PayPal Refunds: Your refund will be visible in your account within 24 hours of receiving the refund confirmation e-mail. To transfer funds to a separate account, please contact PayPal directly.

Moneyoox: Store Credit will be available in your MYOOX within 24 hours of receiving the refund confirmation e-mail. Moneyoox cannot be transferred to separate accounts or redeemed for cash. Visit our Moneyoox section for more information.

Gift Certificate: If your order was paid for entirely by a gift certificate, your refund will be issued back to the gift certificate used. If a portion of your order was paid by credit card, the corresponding amount will be refunded back to the credit card.

Please send your return to our U.S. warehouse.

We recommend using an insured and trackable shipping service. yoox.com is not responsible for lost or damaged returns sent with a different courier. If you use your own return method, no return fee will be deducted from your refund.

Can I make an exchange for a different item?

At this time, we do not offer exchanges.Items on sale on yoox.com have been carefully sourced by our buyers and therefore have limited availability.

There is no need to contact us back. Simply enjoy your new purchase.

How can I receive store credit instead of a refund to my original form of payment?

If you were logged in to MYOOX at the time of purchase, you can select "Moneyoox" as your preferred refund method while completing the Online Return Form.

I am returning a gift, who will get refunded?

The person who originally made the purchase will get refunded for the order. For security purposes, we are not able to refund a different account.

Sure, you can. A return fee will only be deducted on the UPS Return Label used for shipping.
