To make purchases on yoox.com you do not need to register however, we suggest you create an account to access exclusive areas and services dedicated to our customers.

Discover new trends and the most interesting designers directly from our Home Page selections, by choosing a designer or category from the navigation menu, or by using the website's internal search.

Product information

On each product page, you will find all available sizes and colors, a description and the composition of the item, and when applicable, whether availability is limited or if it is the last one available in the warehouse. Click on the product image to zoom in and see all of the details.

How to order

1) From the item page, select the desired color and size of the product
2) Add the product to your Cart
3) Once you have finished shopping, click on Cart 
4) Select a shipping method and a payment method
5) Enter your shipping details and on the following page, your payment details
6) Check that the information you entered is correct and click "Buy Now".

After a few minutes you will receive a confirmation e-mail with the details of your order.From this moment on our warehouse will take care of everything and as soon as the order ships we will notify you with another confirmation e-mail.

The order has been confirmed and we have already sent a confirmation e-mail with the Order Number.

Order has shipped:

As soon as the order is shipped from our warehouse, we will send you a confirmation e-mail with the Tracking Number to track the delivery.

Gift Wrapping

During checkout, select the "Buying a gift?" option and personalize your order. Gift Wrapping

The order will be delivered in an elegant gift pack with a ribbon and without prices. If you wish to add a personal message, enter the text into the "Greeting Card" field; we will print it on a yoox.com card.



The cost of Gift Wrapping is € 4,00.

Keep in mind that it is not possible to wrap items measuring more than 57x46x17: they will be shipped in their original packaging and with our card as well if you included a message.


Do-it-yourself kit

The kit contains:

- a sheet of light grey wrapping paper (28x40 in.)
- neon yellow ribbon with yoox.com logo (13 ft.)
- 3 silver, rectangular stickers with yoox.com logo
- a light and dark grey greeting card.

Up to two kits can be purchased for each item. The cost of a do-it-yourself kit is € 3,00.
