Our warehouse in Bologna, Italy, will prepare your order and ship it to our U.S distribution center.
As soon as your order is dispatched to your delivery address, you will receive an email containing your UPS Tracking Number.

Order received:
You will receive your order within the delivery times selected at checkout.

The items featured on our site are stored in our main warehouse in Bologna, Italy or locally in our New Jersey warehouse. This allows us to offer you a broader selection of globally recognized designers and merchandise.

Can I change my order?

For security purposes, all order details that have been confirmed at checkout cannot be modified. You can check to see if your order can be cancelled by viewing the Order Status.

If an incorrect shipping address was confirmed with your order let us know! If your merchandise still meets our quality control standards after the undelivered package is returned to us, we can reship your order to the new address or issue a full refund.
